| It is worth looking out for Decaux hoardings as now they are all equipped with ring bolts set into the wall on either side so that the bill posters can secure their ladders as required by the HSE. These ring bolts are over a metre from the ground but, if you use a long chain or cable, they are handy when nothing else is available. There is a pair in Leyburn Rd. at the side of Butties in Abbeydale Rd.- I have Butties to thank for this info. |
