• ideas, requests for information and advice relevant to cycling
• information about cycle-related and similar events
• humour
• occasional personal cycle-related sales/wants,
• reasoned debate,
• discussion of specific problems or difficulties.
• requests for empathy when motorists mistreat you
• replies to requests for empathy

And these are not:

• porn
• material personally directed at individual members
• abuse, trolling, trade adverts
• advertising except personal sales and wants related to cycling
• anything a reasonable person would consider unacceptable
